Working or former engineers with real production experience in Physical Design, Verification, STA or Analog design who want to teach what they have done. Not people who want to lecture from textbooks — people who have run PrimeTime on a real design and can explain what actually happens versus what the tool manual says. Full-time faculty or contract trainer roles depending on your situation.

Engineers who want to work on ChipGrad (the LMS platform), the internal EDA tool development program, or the custom processor project. These are genuinely hard problems — building learning systems for a niche technical domain, developing EDA tools, designing processor architectures.
